My diet is mediterreanean: for breakfast I usually drink a cup of fruit juice. For lunch I usually eat pasta, meat or fish and many types of vegetables and fruits. For dinner I usually eat the same things that I eat for lunch. My favourite food is my grandmother's lasagna. I eat healthy food because it can help me with my sport (soccer) and to not put on weight.
Hi Luca, so you have different types of fruit, and you think that eating healthy food is good not to put on weight...:-) I agree with you...
