Hi! I'm Rachel. 

Usually I go shopping on weekends. I like to shop because I relax, I'm in my world, and then I love the clothes and shoes.

The weekend I dress a bit more elegant than a week.

To stay in the house I put on my pajamas.

My special occasions in the year are many: for occasions like christmas, easter,carnival and epiphany i usually eat differents kinds of meat: beef, chicken and swine. my favourite kind of meat is swine meat and i eat it not only in the special occasion but also in the normal days. My fouvorite food in special moments that for Christmas, Easter and Birthdays are divided, for the morning I like a nice sweet with a great cup of cappuccino, For lunch I like a nice plate of pasta with meat sauce and a second barbeque with the chips and for dinner a soup first and second a nice steak with salad.

When there are very important moments such as Birthday, Christmas and Easter and then my whole family staring at us like making meals very abundant.
My favorite foods are especially meat along with vegetables and fish, but the food I love the most is made pasta every way and dressed in every way and even lasagna with meat sauce.

My favourite room in the house is my bedroom. There are my Electronic games, my bed, a bookshelf, a wardrobe, one desk and one Chair.  I always stay in this room.

I have a healthy diet because i eat a a lot of fruit. I take exercise three times a week. For breakfast i always eat Milk with cereals, for Lunch i usually eat pasta and fruit, and for dinner i eat Meat, salad and fruit

My diet is mediterreanean: for breakfast I usually drink a cup of fruit juice. For lunch I usually eat pasta, meat or fish and many types of vegetables and fruits. For dinner I usually eat the same things that I eat for lunch. My favourite food is my grandmother's lasagna. I eat healthy food because it can help me with my sport (soccer) and to not put on weight.

In my family we are 5, my mother, my father, my two sisters and me. My older sister is sixteen years old, she is Matilde and my younger sister is Sofia, she's eight.

My typical day is:
I get up at seven o'clock, then I go to school at eight o'clock, I have lunch at one o'clock, and in afternoon I make school lesson and I go to football training.

My favourite room in my house is my bedroom;

in my bedroom there are two lamps: the first lamp is next to my bed and the second lamp is on 

my table. in addition to this i have a bookshelf (where i put my school books and notebooks), a 

white wardrobe and a computer. opposite the wardrobe i have a very comfortable orange 

chair;i have of course a bed and under it , another bed for the guests. Above the table i have

two shelves with the sports medals and many pictures. I love my bedroom because from the 

window you can see the sea and there i can stay in peace for a long time because there is a 

relaxing silence .

My favourite room in my house is living room. I've got a big TV where I watch film and I play at PS3. There is a big sofa where I rest and  play the game while listening to music on spealiers. There is also large cabinet where I keep all the CDs of songs.

My mum's name is Leonora, she is a loser and she word in a private office. i have my lunch at home and my mum too, so i have lunch with my mum and Marta . My mum works the morning and all the afternoon and she return at home usually at 6.30 pm.
