LORENZO'S DIET


My diet is mediterranean : for breakfast i usually eat biscuits or cereals with milk, but sometimes
,when i have to play tennis in the morning i eat one apple, five biscuits and an orange juice. For lunch
i usually eat pasta with different sauces , many types of vegetables , meat, eggs or cheese. i like very much potatoes and salad. for dinner i usually eat less but i eat the same things that i eat for lunch. My favourite food are my mother or grandmother's lasagne ; they are delicious. i eat healthly food because it can help me with my sport and to not put on weight.
