TINA'S DIET

I have a meditarranean diet, so I eat healthy food. I usually eat pasta, vegetables, fruits, meat and fish.My favorite food is my grandfather's lasagne, I love vegetables and fruits but i don't like junk food so much. I sometimes eat ice cream and pizza. I do volleyball at a competitive level, so I must have a good diet for have a good results.
