My favourite healthy food by Francesco

My daily diet consists of:
for breakfast with milk and cookies after a snack. For lunch I eat a plate of pasta, fruit for snack and dinner of pasta first and second protein and vegetables.
I practice sports football and run a lot.
I eat many healthy food, vegetables, friuts, fish, eggs and meet.
